Tim is an Estimator and Project Manager for Boreal Pacific Enterprises - a division of Terus Construction Ltd. – Tim has been in the construction industry for 21 years, with 9 years of experience in providing expected costs for varying sizes of projects and implementing planning processes to meet project requirements. Staring in residential and commercial building construction and later moving into road building. He received his Gold Seal Certification in estimating in 2019 and is currently in the process of obtaining Gold Seal Certification in Project Management. Tim became a board member for the NRCA in May 2016, and continues to enjoy the experience and the people within the construction industry that he's met along the way.
