Karen has over 10 years of construction experience, currently working for Datoff Bros Construction Ltd. as a Project Manager. She attained her Civil Engineering Technologies Diploma through Camosun College. During her time in school, Karen began working on construction sites as a Field Technician. Her passion for the construction industry and interest in the internal workings of projects led Karen to her current position. Her work in a variety of construction environments, ranging from ICI to Residential. Karen brings a diverse knowledge of regional practices, contract understanding and experience to help grow the Northern Regional Construction Association work to fulfill its mandate.
