Born and raised in Fort St. John, Aaron has been in the involved in the construction industry for 20 years. Starting during summer breaks through high school, he has worked his way up from a labourer position to running crews and is now estimating, project managing, and helps oversee the company as Vice President for Kalmar Construction. Aaron has had a chance to work with great people in the industry during his time on the board is excited for the current direction of the NRCA and having an opportunity to contribute to bring members as much value as possible.
